Our Mission
Caring for the future through the land beneath our feet
Vertical Biodiversity Fund begins its work close to home, in the landscapes where children grow up, and communities build their lives. In local government schools, students step outside the classroom to learn from the terrain beneath their feet. They discover the names of the plants that shelter their villages, the birds that migrate through their skies, and the endangered species that depend on their care.
As these lessons unfold, the work reaches deeper into the community. Farmers practice permaculture and intensive organic methods that strengthen both soil and livelihood. Youth groups help clear invasive species from wetlands, and women's groups join forest users to plant the trees that will shape the next generation's horizon.

What We Do
Our Work
Education
We provide place-specific education to 6-8 graders in local government schools, connecting students with the terrain, plants, and wildlife that surround their communities.
Livelihood
We support farmers, youths, and single mothers through permaculture, intensive organic farming, and community-based economic initiatives that sustain both people and land.
